The reception area provided complimentary infused water. Public transportation was very close. I took the bus often. My room was a decent size (it was clean, too).

the breakfast had many options. it was acceptable.

the room i stayed in felt outdated. the small window near the ceiling made it hard to adjust the curtains. the bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere because it was broken. i didn't enjoy my stay because of these issues.

I found a metro station very close. This allowed easy transport. Coffee shops were also nearby. I found the rooftop offered a great city view. I liked the pool and jacuzzi up there.

The cups in my room were paper. These weren't ideal for hot drinks. The fridge also didn't cool very well, inconvenient.

The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk to many attractions. A metro station is nearby for accessing other parts of the city. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing break after sightseeing. The air conditioning in my room worked very well.

The soundproofing could be better. I could hear some street noise from my room.

the staff was helpful. breakfast had diversity. the rooftop is a great summer spot with a beautiful view. i visited in january.

the room was small. maintenance is needed. the air conditioning did not work properly, since it was set only for heating . i could not open the window properly.
